Annoying music, which makes sense since Crazy Frog was initially titled "The Annoying Thing", but this is still not a good thing.

No online multiplayer, even on the PC version.
One of them is a Dance Dance Revolution clone that is poorly-made and generic, and a second one titled "pinball" in-game but isn't actually pinball due to having completely different mechanics.
There are mini-games which are bad too.
There's a section of the track where you have to make five 180 degree turns in a row in the darkness, which when combined with the bad controls and broken mini-map is likely to cause you to hit a few walls along the way and cause you to slow down. There's a lot of tight corridors which can't be properly navigated with the bad controls. Nor is it a game where eating frogs gives you some sort of potentially deadly disease (ala Mad Cows). This isnt a game where you jam firecrackers up frogs butts and light the wicks.

This makes it a convoluted task to try and find where you are in relation to the track. If you're on the track road the mini-map is likely to report you as being off the track. If memory serves, this character appeared in the early 2000s as a ringtone, created in Europe where the popularity of Crazy Frog, or to be more precise, The Annoying Thing, was more popular.
The racer icons on the mini-map are misaligned and do not properly represent where the racers are in relation to the track as represented by the mini-map. 10 Crazy Frog Arcade Racer I captured this screenshot while playing the game.
There is a character literally named "Drone" who is incredibly large which makes it impossible to drive and stay on the track.
There is falling damage in a racing game, which seems to slow you down if you take damage.
There is a glitch in one of the tracks where you can fall through the track terrain by bumping into the start of a fence.
There are coins littered around the tracks in the game but they have no apparent function.
The booster launches you to a too fast speed which makes it much easier to go off the course.
Items are virtually useless due to the items being difficult or impossible to aim, including a nuke bomb.
Poor and loose controls which make it difficult to stay on the track and complete the race.
All tracks in game are recycled from the previous game which is unacceptable for a sequel game.
Despite reusing models, the graphics are somehow worse than its prequel.
This game uses the same models from its prequel, proving the developers were lazy to make new ones.
Just like its prequel, it's an obvious rip-off of Mario Kart.
